JOIN IFSP IN SPAIN NEXT FALL

IFSP Symposium in Madrid, Spain, 22nd-24th October 2009.

The Asociacion Espanola de Fisioterapeutas and IFSP are pleased to invite you to the XI Jornadas Nacionales y I Congreso International de Fisioterapia de la Actividad Fisica y del Deporte (11th National and 1st International Conference of Sport and Physical Activity Physiotherapy) at the headquarters of the Spanish Olympic Committee in Madrid, Spain from the 22nd to the 24th of October 2009.

José Antonio Martin Urrialde, vice-president of IFSP, is the co-ordinator of the sports physiotherapy session.

IFSP SPECIAL MEMBERS

Last year, two sports physiotherapists became Special Members of IFSP: Mrs Ivonne van Leest from HONDURAS, and Mr Ahmed Alsharairi from QATAR.
Ivonne and Ahmed: welcome again, and thank you for supporting IFSP.

COUNTRY PROFILE: South Africa

The National Sports Group of the South African Society of Physiotherapy (SASP) became a Member Organisation of IFSP in 2008, joining more than 20 other MOs to date. SASP National Sports Group was founded in 1991, and today has almost 400 members. Its headquarters are in Cape Town.
